Abstract

Abstract
Investigating the differences in qiraat of the Quran, criticizing or preferring one recitation over another is one of the issues which is of particular interest to commentators and jurisprudents in the Islamic world, and despite this differences, one of the solutions can be knowledge of Arabic in terms of syntactic and vocabulary.
A review of articles that have already studied in this area and the results of the researches indicate that the claim of tawatur (succesivness) of all recitations is unacceptable, although scholars of the field of Qiraat see the accordance with the script, the authenticity of the document, the reputation of recitation and acceptance in the Arabic language are some basic criteria for any version  to be validated. But the most rational and scientific way of resolving the difference and to access a correct and preferred version is using Arabic literature and being inspired by preferential terms such as vocabulary preference, syntactic preference, and affiliation preference, which highlights the importance of comprehensive research in this field.
