Abstract
One of the most important topics of teaching the Holy Quran which has a great impact on the learning of the students of the Holy Quran is the issue of the method of teaching the Holy Quran. This has long been the subject of the Quran teachers and instructors. The teachers of the Holy Quran have always been looking for ways to accelerate and improve the quality of the process of learning the Quran. Because the first step to reaching the Quran's guidance and delivering the divine message to the people is to learn the Holy Quran. In this descriptive-analytic study, the problem of the methodology of teaching the Qur'an in the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Imams (AS) has been studied.
The findings of the present study indicate that the teaching method of the Prophet (peace be upon him) consisted of reading, hearing and writing. It was also found in this study that the teaching of the Qur'an in the biography of the Messenger of Allah (SAW) had several strategic principles such as facilitating education, instructor availability, attention to the learner’s capacity and short duration of teaching process
