THE VALIDITY OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF QIRA’AT IN PRAYER

Abstract

 
ABSTRACT
One of the obligatory acts of prayer is recitation, and it has been already put under research by jurists. One of the issues that arises in this regard is whether different types of recitation can be used in prayer? Since the origin and spread of the difference in recitation must be observed in the post-mission period, it can be emphasized that the successiveness of readings is an incorrect idea. Although numerous Sunni scholars and a small number of Shiites insist on proving tawatur (uninterrupted succession); But famous Shiite jurists do not accept this successiveness, therefore, proving the validity of all kinds of recitations in prayer still lack evidence; Because engaging in the duty of prayer is a certainty, and the way to reach the the level of ensuring acceptance and correctness of duty is only by using a certain recitation or repeating the prayer. The view of the validity of various readings (selected view) is based on authentic narrations that encourage Shiites to read as the public. It can now be concluded that the inadequacy of the view of the successiveness of readings blocks the way to any acceptance of it; but the way of attribution of narrations (which are ensured) is still available. The method of this article is descriptive-analytical and library.
