Abstract

ABSTRACT:
The Holy Quran is the eternal heritage of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH), the beacon of the path of truth seekers and of the path of knowledge and perfection. There are many emphases in the teachings and religious commands regarding the teaching and learning of this heavenly book; but with all the activities carried out, it is sometimes observed that the teachers of the Holy Quran do not have the appropriate level of education due to shortcomings.
In this research, entitled "Study of the factors for improving the educational level of Holy Quran teachers with emphasis on Islamic teachings" which has been done in a descriptive-analytical manner, an attempt has been made to spread the culture of familiarity with the Holy Quran and also increase the quality level of Holy Quran teachers.
Among the results of this research is explaining the position of Holy Quran teachers in the verses of the Holy Quran and the narrations of the Infallibles (AS) and also expressing the effective factors in improving the educational level of Holy Quran teachers. According to Islamic teachings, in the structural and managerial part of the Qur'an teachers, such as selection and evaluation and motivational factors, in the part of individual characteristics, such as practicing the Qur'an and being a model for learners and sincerity, and also in the part of teachers' educational characteristics, issues such as familiarity with the principles and prerequisites of teaching the Qur'an could be mentioned.
