چکیده [English]

One of the significant aspects of Quranic recitation is the conveyance of its meanings, a concept emphasized in Islamic teachings. An essential tool for achieving this objective is adherence to the principles of intonation (tandhim), which enhances the quality and impact of Quranic recitation. This study, employing a descriptive-analytical method, elucidates the concept of expressive tone (lahn bayani) and examines the principles of intonation in Quranic recitation and their significance. Key rules of tandhim include the following: 1. Proper segmentation and differentiation of phrases and sentences. 2. Adhering to correct intonation at sentence endings. 3. Observing emphasis points within sentences. 3. Considering the interrelation and mutual influence of expressive tone elements on each other. The findings reveal that the rules of tandhim play a crucial role in effectively conveying the meanings of the Quran and in enhancing the impact of its recitation. Altering the expressive tone or the rhythm of delivery can sometimes lead to ambiguity, misrepresentation, or even corruption of the intended meaning.
