Abstract

Objective: This research aims to systematically extract and critically analyze the ethical, pedagogical, and social requirements of Quran memorizers based on the discourse of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, substantiating each dimension with authoritative Quranic verses and hadiths.
Method: Employing a descriptive-analytical and thematic text-analytic approach, this study synthesizes library resources, authoritative Shi'i and Sunni hadith corpuses, and primary discourse archives to categorize the normative framework of memorizers.
Findings: Findings demonstrate that Quran memorization transcends mnemonic achievement and cosmetic showcase. Its core pillars comprise consistent review to safeguard retention, humble gratitude, utter sincerity free of ostentation, authentic adherence to recitation etiquette (isti'adhah, tajweed, semantic-guided pause and inception), deep reflection (tadabbur), righteous action, moral embodiment (takhalluq), and dedicating spiritual merits to martyrs and the righteous.
Conclusion: Quranic memorization serves as the vital gateway to intellectual contemplation, righteous practice, and civilizational revival. Transforming memorizers into living models of ethical praxis is central to cultivating a flourishing, faith-driven society
