Abstract
Qur'anic recitation is one of the important questions of Quranic sciences and the prerequisites for interpretation of the Holy Qur'an. So that accepting or rejecting this requirement has a direct impact on the interpretation of the Holy Quran. In both Shiit and Sunni popular interpretive and Hadith sources, there has narrated a specific recitation for the infallibles (a.s). Approximately 354 cases in Sunni sources and 145 cases only in the book of Majmau’l Bayan indicate the frequency of these narrations.
The present article tries to study it through the method of narrative and rational analysis and with the typology technique by statistical reporting of Shiite and popular interpretive and hadithic (traditional) sources and based on the verbal, documentary, comparative typology of the famous narrations and the meaning of these narrations in answering the question that how to analyze reported recitations of the infallibles (a.s). A considerable number of these recitations are due to the characteristics of the Arabic script and the lack of independence of these versions. In some cases, these versions are not meaningful.
