Abstract

Abstract
Concerning the timing of the compilation of the Qur'an as a textbook, there is a difference between Ayatollah Fazel Lankarani and Ayatollah Ma'rifat. The Qoran became a book after the decease of the Prophet (p.u.h).
In this article, the views of the two scholars have been studied using the sources of the Quranic sciences and the descriptive-analytical and comparative method with the aim of accurately explaining the compilation of the Qur'an. Through this comparative study, the verses of the Qur'an were arranged by their own prophetic order, and the surahs were identified at the time of the Prophet (p.u.h). But the sorting of the suras and placing them in a single book has taken place after the decease of the Prophet (p.u.h).
